Law Clerk on Demand (“LCOD”) was created by DeOnna M. Britt (“DeOnna”) in 2015. The mission of LCOD is to provide accurate and reliable quality Leads for Real Estate Investors and Real Estate Agents.

DeOnna was a Real Estate Marketing Strategist and a public speaker at many real estate investor conferences. DeOnna was a licensed Attorney in the State of Georgia with a successful law practice specializing in Business Formations and Trademarks.

One of DeOnna’s biggest accomplishments was her creation of a Clubhouse called “Real Estate Talk Club” which started with approximately 15 members and now has over 100,000 members.

Sadly, DeOnna passed away in August 2021.

In DeOnna’s honor, her mother, Beverley Kelly, continues to operate LCOD (now “LCOD2”). Beverley’s goal is to continue DeOnna’s vision of being a resource of accurate and reliable quality Leads for Real Estate Investors and Real Estate Agents.
